In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bf89" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at bf89.io, including all associated products, services, tools, and features made available to registered players.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operator of bf89.
• "You", "Your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bf89 platform.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on bf89.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your bf89 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to your Account by bf89 under any promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated on bf89.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bf89 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of bf89.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. In practice, however, Account holders must be natural persons — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.

To register and use bf89, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

bf89 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including a copy of your National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any time during your Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bf89 may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each eligible player may open one Account only on bf89. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

bf89 may conduct identity verification checks using the information you submit during registration. These checks may be performed by third-party verification services. By submitting your registration details, you consent to such checks being carried out.

bf89 reserves the sole and absolute discretion to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Residents of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law should not attempt to register.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bf89 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

bf89 will never contact you via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel to request your Account password. Any communication purportedly from bf89 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be attributed to you and treated as authorised unless you have previously notified bf89 of suspected unauthorised access in writing. You must contact bf89 support without delay if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bf89 recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your Account and enable any two-factor authentication features when made available. Passwords should not be reused across multiple platforms.

bf89 accepts deposits in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. • The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction.
• There is no maximum single deposit limit by default, though bf89 may apply transaction limits at its discretion for fraud prevention or compliance purposes.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal processing hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
• bf89 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bf89 bears no responsibility.
• Only funds deposited from payment methods registered in your own name will be accepted. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds.

bf89 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on large or unusual deposit transactions before crediting them to your Account. In the event that a deposit is credited in error, bf89 reserves the right to reverse the credit without prior notice to you.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your Account has passed full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Required verification documents include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and proof of the payment method used for your most recent deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are targeted for processing within 15 minutes for fully verified Accounts during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. If this is not possible, bf89 will contact you to agree an alternative method.
• bf89 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may deduct charges on receipt of funds.
• bf89 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending completion of enhanced due diligence checks, particularly where unusual betting patterns, rapid deposit-withdrawal activity, or other risk indicators are present.

Any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement will not be eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw ineligible bonus balances will result in the forfeiture of those funds.

bf89 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, tournament prize pools, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be made available on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bf89 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• A player must have a fully registered and verified Account to claim any promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

• Bet acceptance: bf89 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. Acceptance of a bet at the odds displayed at time of placement is confirmed by a unique bet reference number issued by the platform.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to acceptance. If odds change after you have submitted your bet but before acceptance, the new odds will be presented to you for confirmation before the bet is confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum payout per bet or accumulator is ৳500,000. bf89 may apply lower individual player limits at its discretion.
• Void bets: A bet will be declared void and the stake returned where: a Sporting Event is cancelled without rescheduling; an event is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time; or a clear pricing error has occurred.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. bf89 makes no guarantee of in-play bet acceptance and reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Result disputes: In the event of a disputed result, bf89's decision — informed by official governing body results (such as the ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) — is final and binding.

Casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, and fishing games available on bf89 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

bf89 actively monitors all Account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected, bf89 may immediately suspend the Account, withhold all funds pending investigation, report the matter to relevant authorities, and permanently ban the player.

bf89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law.
• Receipt of a chargeback claim from a payment provider relating to deposits made from your Account.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting bf89 customer support. Upon voluntary Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-eligible Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all outstanding verification requirements have been met.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits bf89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. bf89's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with your Account shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to the platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bf89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bf89 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by law — may be made without advance notice.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies specified by the governing operator.
